Our Story

"LOOMERA by Nexport Global LLP" was born from a belief that true luxury is not created by machines—it is shaped by human hands, time, and intention.

Inspired by India's centuries-old carpet weaving heritage, we set out to preserve an art form while giving it a contemporary voice. Every Loomera carpet is a celebration of skilled craftsmanship, where master artisans transform premium natural materials into timeless pieces that bring warmth, character, and quiet elegance to modern interiors.

The name Loomera is a union of two ideas: "Loom," representing the rhythm of craftsmanship, and "Era," symbolizing a new generation of thoughtful, contemporary design.

At Loomera, we don't simply create carpets. We create foundations for meaningful spaces—pieces that carry stories, celebrate heritage, and become a lasting part of the homes they belong to.

Our Mission

To preserve the timeless art of handcrafted carpet weaving by combining traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design, premium natural materials, and thoughtful customization.

We are committed to creating carpets that enrich modern spaces while empowering artisan communities, celebrating heritage, and delivering uncompromising quality that lasts for generations.

Our Vision

To become a globally admired luxury carpet brand that redefines handcrafted living through timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and conscious innovation.

We envision a world where every handcrafted carpet is appreciated not only for its beauty but also for the heritage, artistry, and human dedication woven into every thread.

1. Wool Dyeing

The process begins with carefully selected wool. The raw wool is dyed using chosen colours to achieve the exact shade required for the design.

2. Weaving

Once the wool is ready, skilled artisans begin the hand-weaving process on traditional looms.

3. Trimming

After weaving, the carpet is taken to the finishing unit where its length and shape are adjusted. The surface is carefully trimmed to create an even pile height, bringing out the clarity of the pattern and design.

4. Washing & Drying

The carpet is washed to remove dust and excess dye, and to soften the wool. It is soaked for 2-3 hours, followed by natural drying for nearly 3 days.

5. Final Finishing

In the last stage, Final inspections are done. Edges are refined, loose threads are corrected, and tags and labels are added. Only after meeting quality standards is the carpet considered complete.
